Hanson’s business development department earns honors

SPRINGFIELD, Ill.– The business development department at Hanson Professional Services Inc. won two merit awards in the 15th Annual Master Communicator Awards competition. The awards are co-sponsored by the Central Illinois Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and Association for Women in Communications chapters in Bloomington-Normal and Springfield. Master Communicator recognizes excellence among professional communicators in Central Illinois.

In the public relations/internal campaign/special project category, Hanson won for its entry, Journey to Success annual meeting and annual report. The firm’s Web site earned an award under the multimedia/ Web site/promotional/commercial/education/informational category.

Hanson is a national employee-owned consulting firm providing architectural, engineering and management services to clients from its corporate headquarters in Springfield, Ill., and 14 offices nationwide.
