Canopy joins Hanson’s Peoria office

PEORIA, Ill. — Andrew D. Canopy, P.E., PLS, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Peoria office. As a senior civil engineer and professional land surveyor, he serves the energy and industry market.

Canopy is experienced in plan preparation and specifications for projects including site and land developments, roadways, stormwater management, and residential and commercial subdivisions. In addition, Canopy is experienced in topographic, construction and large boundary surveys.

He also is involved in many professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, Illinois Professional Land Surveyors Association, National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, and Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.

He holds a bachelor’s degree (1993) in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a master’s degree (1994) in civil engineering from Purdue University, and a master’s degree (2002) in business administration from Bradley University.
