Costello receives promotion at Hanson

SPRINGFIELD, Ill.—Lisa Costello was recently named a proposal coordinator for Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s railway market. She joined Hanson in 2004, working as an administrative assistant for the energy and industry market.

As a proposal coordinator, her new responsibilities include assisting with business opportunities in the railway market, managing project records, and coordinating proposals for new business opportunities. Hanson’s railway market accounts for 13 percent of the company’s total revenue and includes services such as railroad line extensions, bridge design, and modernizing switch yards.

Costello holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Illinois at Springfield (2007).
