Public Relations Coordinator Painter joins Hanson’s Peoria officePEORIA, Ill.—Travis D. Painter recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Peoria regional office. As a railroad design engineer, he serves Hanson’s railway market. Prior to joining Hanson, Painter was a design engineer for Hatch Mott MacDonald in Dulles, Va. He assisted with projects including rail design for Norfolk Southern mainline realignment in Walton, Va., and drainage design of new passing siding for Canadian Pacific Railway in New Milford, Pa. He holds bachelor’s (2004) and master’s (2006) degrees in civil engineering, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Hanson is an employee-owned consulting firm providing architectural, engineering and management services from its headquarters in Springfield, Ill., and offices nationwide.
